Technical requirements

Access to the virtual platform

Since the 2021 ICN Congress is taking place in a fully virtual form, each participant must ensure that they have access to the internet in order to connect. It is each participant’s responsibility to connect to the event from a place that offers stable internet access. As a point of reference, if you are able to access and view YouTube streaming videos, your connection is good enough to connect to the ICN Virtual Congress.

Further technical details will be provided by mid-March including:

  • supported browsers and minimum required versions
  • as above for mobile devices
  • minimum bandwidth required for proper access

While the Organisers will do all that is technically possible to provide smooth access to the virtual platform, please note that the Organisers cannot be held responsible for poor or limited internet access on the participants’ side. In case of doubt, a link will be provided by mid-March to test your connection. Poor or limited internet access on the participant’s side will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
